This unboxing video was sent to me by a customer who clearly is beyond excited to receive her tortoise. Sydney is a first time tortoise owner and she did everything by the books! Asked the right questions, built her enclosure prior to delivery, and most important, she did her research on how to properly care for this tortoise.
