We believe our first responsibility is to the tortoises and turtles we care for. In meeting their needs everything we do is to make sure they are the healthiest they can be.
We are responsible to our customers and treat everyone as an individual. We believe all customers deserve the best customer service with speedy responses to emails, social media messages, and texts. It is in our best interest to communicate with integrity, transparency and honesty.
Our final responsibility is to the conservation groups who work so hard for the future of tortoises and turtles around the world. We will donate to these conservation groups to help them carry out their goals. We believe in captive breeding through colony assurance, protecting tortoises and turtles in their natural habitat, and we believe in stopping all poaching of wild tortoises and turtles.
