Purchased 3 sulcata eggs and all arrived in excellent condition. The eggs were packed well and even the temperature was spot on to keep the eggs incubation process going. Upon hatching, the babies accepted food with no issues; you can tell the quality of stock! If you have any questions, Tortstork does not hesitate to respond promptly. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommended!!

My name is Georgia l am a retired Park Ranger and have a reptile rescue. My nephew has helped me with my reptile rescue since he was 5. This past July he was turning 15. He always prays someone would find and drop off turtle eggs to us. It has happened to me when he was born but not since. After spending a lot of time talking to Randy l didn’t have to be sold on getting a tortoise egg from him. He is probably the only person l have met that is 200% plus in the business because his heart is in it. He loves his babies/tortoises. This is the great impression he left on me before receiving “Shirley” our tortoise egg. Randal made my nephew’s dream come true. Randal called and kept me completely informed on EVERYTHING. I am one of those people that ask so many questions because l want to be prepared for every situation good or bad. I gotta tell you l did not have many questions. Randal is just AWESOME. He tells you everything you need to know what could happen how to prevent. I was speechlessly impressed. This does not happen ever. I hope anybody who ever wants a pet tortoise please read this. I have dealt with many people in the reptile world with my rescue and as a park ranger for over 25 years. I have never met a person l would recommend until now. Randal is the only person you should go with. He goes way way above and beyond and more. Let me tell you when we were waiting for the tortoise egg to come, the shipping address and billing address were written wrong. Of course Randal being awesome, said sorry and he would find a way to take care of it. I felt so bad because l believe l might have screwed that up. But anyhow, the tortoise egg was dropped off an hour away. Randal was out of town in Miami Florida, l think in business meetings. I told Randal l will find a way to get it, not to worry. Of course Randal, because he is AWESOME, said he will get it to us. Randal ended up having to pay a driver to come. This is the kind of customer service you want. I can not thank him enough. I guarantee he probably payed more for the driver then l payed him. But do you think Randal charged me more, no because he kept his word. Best experience l have had ever!!!!!!!!
My nephew and l watched Shirley hatch, we watched through the incubator. He got to see her push through and take that first gasp and he will never forget it. That was a very special bonding day for me and my nephew. Randal, l thank you for making it happen. You are so amazing and are truly authentic and that is so refreshing. We will be calling you so Shirley has a friend probably this year for my younger nephew’s birthday. We definitely will be getting more hatchlings. I absolutely LOVED getting the instahatch Sulcata Egg and intend on doing another as soon as I am able (and there are more available) Mine showed up half hatched and then fully hatched in the incubator within moments. Everything was very simple and easy. Randy (Tortstork owner) is great and always ready to help if you have any questions. This experience has made me want to have a herd of tortoises. We named our little one Utinni and he/she is doing amazing. If you are on the fence about getting one of tortstorks instahatch eggs you can always check out Utinnis facebook page (Utinni The Sulcata Tortoise) to see how much fun it is to have a little tort in your home. Our tort hatched later then we expected but Randy was in touch the whole time letting me know what to do. Great customer service! Our turtle eggs came and unfortunately they did not hatch. I contacted the company and they were very prompt on getting back to me to send two other eggs with no charge. The eggs hatched and the children LOVED the experience. We are now taking care of the turtles and can not wait to see them grow!
